It features three bedrooms and two full bathrooms, as well as an array of luxury amenities to meet the needs of even the most discerning families. The open-concept kitchen and living area provide easy access to the rear deck, offering an ideal space for entertaining or unwinding. Upstairs, the loft space adds a touch of versatility and provides ample room for creative expression and personal design.

Your open-concept kitchen and living room is the heart of the home, featuring a choice of floor-to-ceiling A-frame window or multi-slide doors that frame breathtaking views of the surrounding landscape. Designed with entertaining in mind, the room effortlessly flows from the kitchen and opens to the outdoor deck, creating an idyllic space for indoor-outdoor living. Primary bedroom

Indulge in ultimate luxury and comfort in the first floor primary suite. Thoughtfully designed with your wellbeing in mind, every feature provides a harmonious start to your day. This private retreat has lovely views of the backyard and features two large closets and a luxurious ensuite bathroom. Start each day feeling energized and ready.

Appliances

Your kitchen comes equipped with stainless steel GE® appliances. The Modern Cabin 3 model features a 36" counter depth french door refrigerator with lower freezer, 30" 4 burner gas range, 24" microwave and 24" dishwasher.

Plumbing fixtures

All fixtures and finishes are made of high-end, durable metal from Kohler®. From your kitchen to all of your bathrooms. You can expect high quality at a minimum.

Laundry

Your Modern Cabin 3 home comes equipped with a laundry closet complete with full-size front-loading Samsung® washer and dryer.

Basement options

Depending on your land, a basement may be required. Slopping parcels almost always will require one.
Otherwise you have the option to add a basement for an additonal cost.

Option 01

Unfinished basement with stub-out plumbing

An unfinished basement comes with standard construction materials including concrete foundation and exosed framing. Lighting is provided along with plumbing lines to eventually build a full bathroom. The home’s utilites will also be relocated to the basement allowing for additional storage space on the home’s first level.

Option 02

Finished basement with a full bathroom

Your finished basement materials include drywall, recessed lighting and natural wood texture LVP flooring. There will be a full bathroom included using the standard materials found in the rest of the home’s bathrooms. The finished basement floor plan is designed by Welcome to maximize the space in relation to the basement’s footprint.

Elevated themes

Each home model offers the option to enhance your space with "elevated" themes for exteriors, kitchens, and bathrooms, meticulously designed by Welcome for a timeless elegance. The selection process is streamlined for your convenience, requiring only your taste to guide the choices.

These curated themes not only include high-end appliances from brands like Wolf/Sub-Zero, Miele, Waterworks & Dornbracht but also feature specialty materials such as porcelain countertops, solid wood cabinets, cementitious siding and more.
