Kitchen

The kitchen, with direct access to the living room & eating nook, is the heart of your home. It features a plethora of soft-close cabinetry and a large kitchen island. This expansive space offers exceptional functionality and a wide range of appliances for the modern chef.
Foyer

Every entrance should be grand, this was designed with that in mind. A double height ceilings create a feeling of grandeur every time you enter your home. With a nearby sitting area and dining space your guests will surely be impressed.
Primary bathroom

Brands included in your home

Appliances

Your kitchen comes equipped with stainless steel GE® appliances. The Addison model features a 48" counter depth refrigerator, 36" 4 burner gas cooktop, 30" speed oven/convection oven combo, and 24" dishwasher.

Plumbing fixtures

All fixtures and finishes are made of high-end, durable metal from Kohler®. From your kitchen to all of your bathrooms. You can expect high quality at a minimum.

Laundry

Your Addison home comes equipped with a laundry room complete with full-size front-loading Samsung® washer and dryer.

Basement options

Depending on your land, a basement may be required. Slopping parcels almost always will require one.
Otherwise you have the option to add a basement for an additonal cost.

Option 01

Unfinished basement with stub-out plumbing

An unfinished basement comes with standard construction materials including concrete foundation and exosed framing. Lighting is provided along with plumbing lines to eventually build a full bathroom. The home’s utilites will also be relocated to the basement allowing for additional storage space on the home’s first level.

Option 02

Finished basement with a full bathroom

Your finished basement materials include drywall, recessed lighting and natural wood texture LVP flooring. There will be a full bathroom included using the standard materials found in the rest of the home’s bathrooms. The finished basement floor plan is designed by Welcome to maximize the space in relation to the basement’s footprint.
