Living room

Flooding in natural light from all angles, the Living room of this model is here to impress. French doors create beautiful lines on the floors and ceilings depending on the time of day. Skylights keep the room during all hours of daylight. Wood-burning fireplace creates a cozy dedicated seating area.
Kitchen

A home chef's dream, this kitchen comes complete with over-sized appliances, soft-close cabinetry and durable engineered countertops. A ten-foot island has comfortable room for four to enjoy daytime snacks or full meals!
Butler's Pantry

Add almost 100 square feet of additional cooking and prep space to your home with an included Butler's pantry. Complete with beverage fridge, dishwasher and tons of dry goods storage, this added area you didn't know you needed will come in handy for weekend entertaining and weeknight dinners!
Primary suite

Find rest and relaxation in an expansive Primary suite in the West wing of this model. Nearly 70 square feet of walk-in closet with rows of wooden shelving lead to a large bathroom complete with soaking tub and double vanity.

Welcome homes are made by way of classic, tried-and-true, stick-built construction. Our homes are not "modular" homes, nor
are they prefabricated; they're built on site. Below, you can find a general overview of the components of the Homestead.

Brands included in your home

Appliances

Your kitchen comes equipped with stainless steel GE® appliances. The Homestead model features a 48" counter depth refrigerator, 48" 6 burner & griddle gas range, 24" microwave and 24" dishwasher.

Plumbing fixtures

All fixtures and finishes are made of high-end, durable metal from Kohler®. From your kitchen to all of your bathrooms. You can expect high quality at a minimum.

Laundry

Your Homestead home comes equipped with a laundry room complete with full-size front-loading Samsung® washer and dryer.

Basement options

Depending on your land, a basement may be required. Slopping parcels almost always will require one.
Otherwise you have the option to add a basement for an additonal cost.

Option 01

Unfinished basement with stub-out plumbing

An unfinished basement comes with standard construction materials including concrete foundation and exosed framing. Lighting is provided along with plumbing lines to eventually build a full bathroom. The home’s utilites will also be relocated to the basement allowing for additional storage space on the home’s first level.

Option 02

Finished basement with a full bathroom

Your finished basement materials include drywall, recessed lighting and natural wood texture LVP flooring. There will be a full bathroom included using the standard materials found in the rest of the home’s bathrooms. The finished basement floor plan is designed by Welcome to maximize the space in relation to the basement’s footprint.

These curated themes not only include high-end appliances from brands like Wolf/Sub-Zero, Miele, Waterworks & Dornbracht but also feature specialty materials such as porcelain countertops, solid wood cabinets, cementitious siding and more.
