We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven VP of Marketing to lead the marketing efforts for our Welcome Homes, reporting directly to the CEO. In this role, you will be responsible for driving top of funnel activity and Marketing-Qualified-Leads (MQLs) to support our sales efforts and fuel the growth of the business. You will be responsible for elevating the Welcome brand and have a great handle on driving brand marketing efforts to drive the overall positioning and packaging.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy that aligns with the overall business goals and objectives of the company

• Lead the development and execution of targeted campaigns and initiatives to generate MQLs and drive top of funnel activity including organic traffic to our marketing site

• Oversee the management and optimization of all marketing channels, including paid search, social media, content marketing, email marketing, and more

• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure that marketing efforts are aligned with sales goals and objectives

• Analyze and report on the performance of marketing campaigns and initiatives, using data and analytics to inform decision-making and optimize results

• Manage the marketing budget and allocate resources effectively to drive the greatest return on investment

• Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals, setting clear goals and expectations and providing ongoing support and development

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field

• Proven track record of leading a marketing team to drive top of funnel growth

• Strong storytelling skills and proven ability to uniquely position a brand in competitive market

• Strong leadership and team management skills

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills

• Proficiency in data and analytics tools, such as Google Analytics and marketing automation platforms

• Experience in the home building or proptech industries is a plus
