We are revolutionizing the way people buy homes, and we are seeking an experienced Product Manager to help shape this future of homebuilding. Within this role, you will own the end-to-end homebuyer experience, roadmap, and success metrics. Through collaboration with Engineering, Design, and GTM Teams (Marketing & Sales), you will create customer-centric experiences that delight our homebuyers, grow our business, and redefine how homes are purchased. 

This role is a unique opportunity to join a growing Product Team in a high-impact role. You will report directly into the Senior Director of Product and will be the second hire on the Product Team. As part of a team of two, you will also contribute to overall product strategy and process maturation efforts across the organization.


  • Drive the strategy, roadmap, and product development for our homebuyer experience across all digital platforms
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Sales Teams to support GTM efforts, identify customer pain points and optimize our buyer funnels
  • Leverage quantitative (analytics) and qualitative data (customer research) to identify customer and business needs
  • Drive product ideation and prioritization efforts through cross-functional collaboration
  • Partner with Design and Engineering Teams to develop, build, and iterate on new homebuyer features
  • Leverage data to measure success and iterate on experience changes
  • Contribute to overall product strategy across our suite of internal and external applications

What you’ll need: 

  • 2+ years of Product Management experience. Experience in a high-growth startup environment is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Proven ability to collaborate with Design and Engineering teams to ship products that deliver business impact
  • Proven ability to use both qualitative and quantitative data to inform decision making
  • Familiarity with data analysis tools like Amplitude, Google Analytics, BI Tools. SQL experience a plus
  • Experience with experimentation and testing strongly preferred
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with complexity and ambiguity
  • Scrappiness - You’re not afraid to roll-up your sleeves to both identify and solve problems.
  • Experience with funnel optimization or growth product work a plus
  • Experience working with GTM Teams (Sales, Marketing) a plus
