Performance Marketing Manager

Job Description:

Welcome Homes is changing the way people buy homes and we invite you to be part of our mission to convert home buyers into home builders. We are a fast-growing, venture-backed startup constructing new homes that are purchased online, customized by the customer, and then delivered in as little as 6 months at an incredible value. 


We are looking to hire a data-driven marketer that will partner with our CMO to evolve and improve our lead generation efforts. As our Performance Marketing Manager, you will be hands-on in the planning, development, and execution of all our performance channels. You will be expected to deliver against company goals which include managing budget efficiency.


What you’ll be doing:


  • Develop performance marketing strategy for local markets (starting in the Tri-State area).

  • Optimize campaigns and ads for MQLs (qualified home buyers).

  • Partner closely with our CMO and cross-functional teams to identify testing opportunities and develop campaign roadmaps.

  • Build and run A/B tests across creative, audiences, and landing pages.

  • Partnering closely with our Sales team to better understand how customers are finding us to inform and improve our targeting strategy


What we’re looking for:


  • Highly analytical and strategic thinking skills to transform data into action and results.

  • Experience working in B2C marketing.

  • Experience working with large media budgets.

  • Fluent in Facebook, Instagram, and Google Ads best practices.

  • Experience with marketing automation tools to create landing pages and track campaign performance based on MQL generation.

  • Strong written and verbal communication.

  • Video marketing experience.

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.
