Manager, Brand Marketing

Welcome Homes is changing the way people buy homes and we invite you to be part of the build! We are a fast-growing, venture-backed startup constructing new homes that are purchased online, customized by the customer, and then delivered in as little as 6 months at an incredible value. 

We’re looking for a Manager, Brand Marketing to adapt our brand strategy for our target audience. You will be responsible for maintaining brand integrity across all company marketing initiatives and communications. The Manager, Brand Marketing should also demonstrate exceptional writing skills and excel at content optimization and brand consistency. If you are creative, detail-oriented, and an excellent communicator, we want to hear from you. 

Responsibilities:

• Brand strategy, including the setting of style guides, creative briefs, brand guidelines, brand vision and value proposition for short as well as long term

• Planning and execution of social posts, articles, videos, emails, and photoshoots ensuring content is of high quality and aligns with the Welcome Homes brand image

• Develop a cross-platform content strategy and editorial content calendar

• Assisting with product development, pricing and new product launches as well as developing new business opportunities

• Creating and managing promotional collateral to establish and maintain product branding

• Build and lead a team of brand marketers to scale our organic top of funnel efforts

• Managing the budget for advertising and promotional items

What you’ll need: 

• Proven work experience in a Brand Marketing role

• Experience working with agencies and consultants to develop high quality creative content

• The flexibility to work with a variety of media and formats

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• The ability to collaborate well across departments

• Basic SEO knowledge to improve SEO of content on search engines

• Comfort in a startup environment

• BS in Journalism, Marketing, or relevant field
