Customer Experience Associate

Job Description:

Welcome Homes is changing the home building experience and turning home buyers into home builders. As a Customer Experience Associate, you will be responsible for providing our customers with exceptional service and professional expertise from initial contact all the way until after they move into their Welcome Home. This candidate will collaborate cross-functionally with teams to improve the entire customer experience. We’re looking for someone with a growth mindset and pragmatic insight to solve for today while building for the future. 

What you'll be doing:

  • Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships promoting satisfaction, retention and loyalty

  • Develop new business through qualifying inbound leads and/or identify areas of improvement to meet sales goals

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment

  • Overseeing customer account management, including assisting with land search and designing their Welcome Home

  • Provide customers with professional expertise from initial contact to post move-in, instilling confidence and trust in both you and Welcome Homes 

  • Work closely with our Director of CX to constantly improve our user experience

  • Follow internal processes and tracking procedures to ensure accurate tracking, as well as identify and communicate improvement opportunities

You'll need to have the following qualifications:

  • Required: Experience in real estate as an agent, broker, office manager or similar field
  • BA/BS degree in Business Administration or relevant field
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to easily build rapport and trust
  • Strong listening and presentation skills
  • Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail
  • Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including executive and C-level
  • Experience with using CRM software - HubSpot is a plus but not required
