Business Development Manager - Brand Partnerships

We’re seeking a Business Development Manager - Brand Partnerships to join our team. Your primary responsibilities are to build a pipeline to source and effectuate brand partnerships and manage those partnerships through their lifecycle. You will execute our strategy and help build the feedback loop for our brand partnerships plan. Prior roles in business development or brand partnerships are required.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Creating a partnerships playbook to align with brands that elevate the Welcome Homes brand

  • Own and drive end-to-end partnerships from initial prospecting through a signed contract

  • Build and monetize relationships across partnerships.

  • Own revenue goals

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with an understanding of how to win as a team

  • Partner with marketing to cross-promote brand partners via social media and other channels

  • Negotiating partnership deals to drive top-of-funnel activity, follow-ups, and conversion

  • Building our partnership funnel and pipeline with contact points and outbound content

  • Sourcing potential partners in collaboration with our home design team

  • Coordinating launches with Marketing and Sales teams.


What you’ll need:

  • Extremely good technical skills - we are a tech startup

  • Effective internal and external communication skills

  • Prior experience in high-performance business development team

  • A clear understanding of the residential real estate sales process

  • A track record of multi-million dollar partnership deals.

  • Strong networking skills with existing relationships across brand partners.

  • Prior experience owning revenue goals
