Broker Relationship Associate
Welcome Homes is changing the way people buy homes, and we want you to help build Welcome! We are a fast-growing, venture-backed startup building new homes that are purchased online, customized, and delivered in six months at an incredible value.
We are looking for an experienced real estate professional to spearhead our preferred broker program to increase inbound buyer leads and our ready-to-build (RTB) listings program to increase MLS exposure. You will focus on educating and supporting brokers in the tri-state area in all aspects of Welcome Homes’ products. You will ensure every broker has an incredible journey with Welcome Homes. Having experience as an agent/broker is a requirement. Additional background selling land or new construction is preferred.
What you’ll be doing:
Lead sales activities with brokers
Cultivate broker inbound sales referrals
Broker customer service
Coordinating lead handoffs to internal sales
Owning broker relations from initial connection through the lifetime of partnership
Explaining how the Welcome Home process works and the advantages of our product
Creating a real relationship with brokers
Working with brokers to establish ready to build listings
Using Hubspot to track broker relationships and RTB listings
Explaining all purchase agreement documentation including land and home contracts
Participating in onsite prospecting events and offsite broker outreach activities.

Experienced. You have a minimum of three years of real estate sales experience with a proven track record in collaborating with/supporting other agents/brokers.
