The highly anticipated modern farmhouse model series is ready for its debut with the premier model, Modern Farmhouse 4 Grand. The home design balances rustic country style with contemporary details for a bold yet sophisticated finish.

Boasting a unique L-shaped layout, the Modern Farmhouse 4 Grand is a 4-bed, 4-and-a-half bath one-story home with an expansive loft. The floor plan invites plenty of natural light and enables a sprawling view of the backyard from almost every room.

The design

This modern farmhouse’s L-shaped design separates the common areas of the home from the bedroom quarters, allowing open entertaining while maintaining a sense of privacy in this one-story home. The layout includes an open-concept kitchen, dining, and living area, each with its own set of sliding doors that lead to the outdoors.

The kitchen's custom horizontal cabinetry accentuates the home’s expansive layout. Fully equipped with high-quality GE appliances, the kitchen model has ten design themes to choose from, including premium Sub-zero and Wolf appliance set options. The massive center island serves as a more casual entertaining space and comfortably seats six. Easily entertain outdoor guests through the massive sliding doors blurring the lines between nature and the indoors.

Directly above the kitchen rests the lofted flex space. With views of the living and dining area, this flex space has endless customization possibilities. Inclusive of storage space and a full bath, this area can be easily used as an office, entertaining, or to host additional guests.

Looking down from the loft, we see the spacious living and dining areas. This airy open-concept space offers nearly 360-degree views through two sets of sliding doors and large windows.
